On the 2nd day of NYFW, Demi Choonmoo Park said: “Let there be airness” and so the Demoo Parkchoonmoo models slayed!
Pairing avant garde with functionality, Demi Choonmoo Park beared “airness”. Each piece in the Spring/Summer 2017 collection mimicked air, fluidity, and movement. Park showed how atune she is with the issues of the world by sewing her view on Global warming into the designs. Along with her awareness her designs stayed true to her roots, by incorporating inspirations from traditional Korean garb; along with the sense of maintaining a cool body temperature while in motion.
With a monochrome color palette of denims, silks and cottons, Park successfully transformed air into fashion.
