Valentine’s Day and NYFW are accustomed to splitting the the bill. This year Anti-Valentine’s Day wants a piece of the limelight pie, Harvey is here for it.
Inside the Williamsburg Hotel, which gave life to one of NYC’s Most-Instagrammable bathrooms, thrives a slick and chic Harvey. Harvey celebrated its long-awaited opening in December; everything Brooklyn waited so patiently for. Stylish decor + Classic American eats, energized with an inventive Italian flair. From a Dry Aged Double Beef Burger to Sphaghetti Squash Cacio e Pepe and a lustful Five Cheese Pizza, Harvey has the “IT” NYC food savants & instagrammers talk about.
Fast-forward to February 14th, wrapping up its first NYFW, Harvey is hosting an Anti-Valentine’s Day menu for Valentine’s Day. Anti-Valentine’s Day is a spin off of “National Singles Day” which is inspired by China’s homage to singles introduced in the 90’s. Leave it to NYC to embrace adoration for a people once ridiculed on a day couples show disgusting amounts of love for one-another. Anti-Valentine’s isn’t necessarily against love, its just an act of self-care and self-love. Harvey wants you to enjoy a dinner intended for singles – so delicious you wouldn’t want to share it anyway.
